Mr. Keith (44) is a private investor active in several emerging growth, privately financed companies. He is President of Promettre International Ventures, Inc., a closely held investment corporation involved in angel and venture capital financings since 1992, in addition to serving as President and CEO of Capital Pulse, a private online community for Accredited Investors to review and collaborate on Accredited Business Offerings in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Mr. Keith was a co-founder of CompUSA, Inc., and served from 1987-1992 as Executive Vice-President-Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Keith began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co., an international public accounting firm. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Texas), and obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration (Accounting) from The University of Oklahoma in 1981.

Other companies in which Mr. Keith serves include General Partner of Addison Airport Facilities, Ltd., and Board Member of Cadco Systems, Inc.

Mr. Keith is Chairman of the Board of TeXchange-Dallas, and he is also a member and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pine Cove Christian Camp, Inc., and Vice Chairman of the Pine Cove Foundation, as well as a member of the Price College of Business MBA Advisory Board at the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Dallas Angels, the North Dallas Investment Group, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Finally, Mr. Keith is a charter member of the Park Cities Presbyterian Church, where he serves in the capacities of Deacon, other administrative leadership positions, and as a Sunday school teacher for children and premarital couples.

Mr. Keith has guest lectured at several institutions on entrepreneurship and financial issues including The University of Oklahoma and Dallas Theological Seminary.

Mr. Keith is married with four daughters, and lives in the Dallas area.
