Kyle K. Foz has been practicing law for 11 years. He was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1992. Mr. Fox received his law degree from The University of Texas in 1995 and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1995 and the Texas Bar in 1998. After graduation from law school, Mr. Fox began his practice in Chicago with Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP from 1995 to 1997. In 1997 he returned to Texas and joined Vinson & Elkins, LLP. Mr. Fox was admitted to the partnership in January, 2004. His principal area of practice is corporate law and his practice includes representing private and public companies from start-ups to international business ventures, venture capital firms, and other private and public equity investors.

Mr. Fox is a member of American Bar Association, Austin Bar Association, and Austin Young Lawyers Association.
