Ms. Jensen has spent most of her IBM career in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area, primarily in technical networking sales and services, and marketing management roles. Her current assignment is Sales Transformation Manager, IBM Global Sales Transformation team with responsibility to deliver executive leadership training and coaching for sales leaders worldwide as part of IBM�s High Performance Sales initiatives. She has worked for Inacom and American Airlines in the I/T services sales areas, and was a consultant in her own marketing business.

She is an alumni of� the SMU Executive MBA program and serves as an editorial board member for Organization Dynamics magazine. She is a professional Co-Active coach and works with executives both inside and outside IBM. During the past year, she has worked for both TCU and SMU in their professional MBA programs. She has served as a licensed soccer referee and official spokesperson for the 1996 World Cup held in the U.S., a member of the National Speakers Association, National Association of Women Business Owners, and Junior Achievement, Project Business.�
