Philip Berber
After graduating with a business degree from University College Dublin in 1979, Philip Berber moved to London to pursue a marketing career. Five years later he joined his first high tech start up and for the next 15 years was a high tech entrepreneur in London, Houston and Austin, TX. In 1988, he formed his first startup in London - Financia - a move that would ultimately bring him to the US in 1991. In 1995, Berber launched CyBerCorp, which grew rapidly to become the leading online brokerage for day traders, and was acquired by Charles Schwab in March 2000. That year, Philip was a national finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award having already won the Austin title. He retired from business the following year and joined his wife Donna at their family foundation - A Glimmer of Hope. Since its launch, the foundation has funded more than 2,000 development projects in Ethiopia and made a difference in the lives of approximately two million people there. A Glimmer of Hope has also provided support to thousands of at-risk youth in London and Austin during the past five years. In 2002, the Berbers were among Worth Magazine's 25 Most Generous Young Americans and Business Week's list of the 50 Most Generous Philanthropists at number 40.
Mark McClain
Mark is responsible for driving the vision and overall business strategy for SailPoint. Previously, he was founder and president of Waveset, where he led the company's entry into the identity management space, resulting in clear market leadership and 250% revenue growth year over year for three years. After Waveset was acquired by Sun Microsystems, Mark served as vice president of marketing for Sun Software. Mark has diverse experience in international sales and marketing with Hewlett-Packard, IBM, and Tivoli.
Betty Otter-Nickerson
Betty Otter-Nickerson joined the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) as chief operating officer in 2005. In an effort to increase the LAF's operational infrastructure and strengthen its management systems and processes on a global scale, Betty provides managerial oversight and administrative capabilities for all of the Foundation's activities. Prior to joining the LAF, Betty served as president and chief executive officer of GalleryWatch.com, an online legislative tracking service for both the federal and Texas market. Her previous employment positions include president and chief executive officer of Vincera, Software, Inc., vice president of operations for product management and development for BMC Software and a variety of technical and information technology positions at Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA), Syntex Pharmaceutical and TRW. Betty's commitment to the Austin community is evident through her philanthropic work with the Entrepreneurs Foundation and Idea Network, and the Capital Area Food Bank board. Betty also serves on advisory boards for the University of Texas College of Business and College of Engineering and Women in Technology International's Austin Regional Network.

Bill Bock
Bill has spent his career building Texas-based technology companies. As Chief Executive Officer of Dazel Corporation, Bill led the company from early growth through its sale to the Hewlett Packard Company (HP) where he remained as an HP Vice President overseeing both Dazel and HP's Digital Workplace Services business. Before Dazel, Bill was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Tivoli Systems and was instrumental in the company's initial public offering and subsequent merger with IBM. Bill's move to Tivoli followed ten years at Convex Computer Corporation proceeded by the launch of his career at Texas Instruments. He currently serves on the boards of directors for Silicon Laboratories and the Austin Technology Council and is Chairman of the Board of the Entrepreneur's Foundation. Bill holds a B.S. in computer science from Iowa State University and received his M.S. in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
