Kent Fuka
Kent Fuka was the founding Partner for CenterPoint Ventures in Austin, and spent 6 years with CenterPoint before retiring in 2002. He has served on the Board of Directors of a number of Austin start-up companies, including Thinkwell, Medical Present Value, NetBotz, MyTech, Applied Science Fiction and Object Reservoir. Previously Kent worked for three successful, venture-backed start-up companies over 20+ years. Prior to CenterPoint Ventures, he spent five years as VP of Customer Service at Tivoli Systems, and made several angel investments in Austin and Silicon Valley. Kent currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Thinkwell Corporation, a profitable VC-backed developer of educational multimedia located in South Austin.

Jim Hammock
Jim began his career at IBM in sales and marketing (16 years). He previously served as CEO with six venture backed start-up companies. His experience includes serving as President of the IC Division of Mentor Graphics and as a consultant employed by Kleiner Perkins Caulfield and Byers. Jim's CEO positions included Hire.com, Calico Technology, Silicon Compiler Systems, Silicon Design Labs, and Unify. He currently serves on four boards including three as Chairman.

Jamie Holtzman - Holtzman, Moellenberg, Panozzo & Perkins
Jamie Holtzman has 30 years of public accounting experience, including 18 years as a partner in the Austin Office of Ernst & Young. Jamie has significant experience serving public and private companies in a variety of industries including broadcasting, technology, retail, manufacturing, health care, and non profit. Jamie served venture-backed entrepreneurial companies such as Hoovers, Inc. and Luminex Corp. from start- up through their respective initial public offerings. His experience includes annual audit services, due diligence assistance, mergers and acquisitions and general advisory services.

Brandon Janes - Jackson Walker
Brandon C. Janes is a partner in the Business Transactions section of Jackson Walker. He has extensive experience in corporate governance, capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in a number of international and domestic financings. He has represented investors and corporate clients in private equity and debt offerings, including the offerings of high yield debt securities and convertible and other hybrid securities. Much of Mr. Janes' practice includes cross-border and international transactions. His practice includes a wide variety of industries, including technology, media, energy and retail. Mr. Janes is also a Certified Public Accountant.
