Join us on October 30, when John T. "Trey" Cox III, partner at Lynn Tillotson & Pinker, L.L.P., will share his thoughts on the current vulnerabilities that corporations face these days in relation to corporate governance. Mr. Cox, an award winning litigator, will be focusing on real world vulnerabilities that he sees everyday in the court room.

Cox is a partner at Lynn Tillotson & Pinker, L.L.P., where he practices commercial litigation, primarily from the plaintiff's side. He has prosecuted numerous complex lawsuits and class actions in federal and state courts involving trade secrets, accounting malpractice, and commercial fraud. Since 1998, Cox has been instrumental in securing a $10 million settlement from a telecommunications utility on behalf of a statewide class, a $1.9 million arbitration award for an oil and gas client, and a $1.4 million judgment on behalf of a wrongfully terminated CEO. Overall, Cox has obtained verdicts, judgments, and settlements totaling more than $30 million.
