Kevin Ainsworth is a partner with Guidant Capital, a boutique investment
bank that provides mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance
services to emerging growth companies. Kevin has extensive transactions
experience in the hardware, software, and semiconductor sectors.
Previously, he was a principal with Alliant Partners, a technology
mergers and acquisitions investment bank headquartered in Silicon
Valley. Prior to Alliant, he was cofounder and VP of Business Development
at a wireless networking and streaming media company where he structured
strategic partnerships, developed joint ventures, and oversaw acquisitions.
He also was with Ernst & Young in the Entrepreneurial Services
Group. Kevin received a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from The
University of Texas in Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
