Andy Adams, Parago
Mr. Adams is a member of the founding executive management team
of Parago, a business process outsourcer of marketing services.
Mr. Adams serves as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice
President of Account Management. Over the past four years, Mr. Adams
has played a key role in establishing the growth strategy of the
company, raising venture capital, and driving the company to profitability.
Prior to joining Parago in 1999, Mr. Adams served as Chief Technology
Officer for Metamor Worldwide where he was responsible for the alignment
and integration of all processes and technology across seven business
units employing over 8,000 personnel. Andy served as Vice President
of Mentor Consulting, the international consulting division of Mentor
Graphics Corp., a $560 million dollar electronic design automation
(EDA) software company before joining Metamor. While with Mentor
Graphics, Mr. Adams played a significant role in reorganizing and
restructuring the consulting division to profitably support the
needs of the EDA market place. Mr. Adams also spent over 10 years
in management consulting with Andersen Consulting, Coopers &
Lybrand, and BSG Alliance/IT, Inc. where he focused on delivering
highly distributed and highly complex technology solutions to his
clients. Andy earned is BBA from Baylor University.
