three business days from the event will be honored
and a credit towards the next Texchange
dinner will be issued. Cancellations less than three business
days from the event will be honored; however, no credits or refunds
will be issued. Replacements will always be honored.
Bill
Morrow - CEO, Grande Communications
Bill
Morrow founded Grande Communications in late 1999 after serving
as director of ClearSource, Inc., a telecommunications company
offering bundled services to residents and businesses in several
second-tier Texas markets. Prior to working with companies in
his home state of Texas, Morrow maintained multiple positions
at Knology. He served as president, chief executive officer, director
and vice chairman for the Georgia-based bundled service provider.
While at Knology, Morrow raised over $300 million in capital and
grew revenue by eight times, customer connections by six times
and constructed homes by 5 times. He also led the company to include
a wholesale and small business market focus. In the mid-nineties,
Morrow served as senior vice president and general manager of
Network Alliances for Utilicom Networks. He had previously worked
for more than a decade in various capacities at Central and South
West Corporation, including marketing, area management, governmental
and regulatory affairs, ventures and business development. Morrow
founded Central and South West Corporation subsidiary CSW Communications
in 1993. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in
Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Ghiglieri - President and Chief Executive Officer, rateGenius
Ms.
Ghiglieri served as the Texas Banking Commissioner from 1992 to
1999, capping off a bank regulatory career that included 18 years
with the U.S.Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). She holds a bachelor's
degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre
Dame and a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University. She is
a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the District of Columbia
Bar.
