Peter T. Shaper, Co-CEO and Co-Founder, Genesis Park. Most recently, Mr. Shaper was the president of Donnelley Marketing, a Division of First Data Corporation, where he turned around and eventually sold the $100 million revenue database marketing company to a strategic buyer. In 1995, Mr. Shaper joined the Information Management Group (IMG) as EVP of Operations and CFO which grew to over $600 million in revenue during Mr. Shaper's tenure. IMG was a startup company which both incubated and acquired information services businesses.

Prior to joining IMG, Mr. Shaper was with a Dallas-based private equity firm where he was responsible for investments in numerous technology-oriented companies, as well as assisting those companies with developing long term strategies and financial structures. Mr. Shaper also has several years experience with the international consulting firm McKinsey & Company. Mr. Shaper holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the board of directors of PermissionCentral.com, The Children's Fund and The Living Bank.
