William J. (�Bill�) Doty founded M.D. Anderson�s technology development program in 1987.  Today, M.D. Anderson has one of the leading technology development programs in the United States.  He has been responsible for a significant level of technology transfer and is one of the driving forces behind new initiatives in the Houston Medical Center. Bill holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Rice University.
