Bill Keough devises global channel marketing strategies for the
IBM Software Group. Prior to joining the Software Group, Bill
worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant with IBM Global Services,
helping companies in a variety of industries to plan, fund and
develop complex global business-to-business e-commerce applications.
As a consultant with Schlumberger, Bill developed and marketed
web-based solutions for the oil & gas industry; he also managed
the political risk consulting division of a privately-held company
providing logistics services to multinational firms operating
in high-risk environments. Bill holds a Bachelor's degree from
Cornell University and a Master's degree from the University of
Houston. He serves as a guest lecturer on topics in business and
technology at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management
at Rice University and is a Founding Director and the 2002-2003
President of the Technology Entrepreneurs Exchange.
